Exeon were asked to provide an odour control system for lagoon vent emissions at the Vida AD Plant in Glentham.
The requirement was to capture and treat emissions from the lagoon vent prior to atmospheric discharge, requiring a complete extraction and odour treatment installation.
Exeon supplied and installed a complete odour control system incorporating an external hi-flo activated carbon adsorber, extraction ductwork, extract grilles, fan and dedicated control system.
Ductwork was routed through the lagoon area and externally connected to the carbon filtration unit to ensure effective capture and treatment of emissions before discharge.
Following installation, the system was fully balanced, commissioned and calibrated to ensure reliable odour control and compliant operation.
