NEW DUST EXTRACTOR ON PRINT EXTRACT

Issue

The existing print discharge gave off a very fine mist of dust which over 2 weeks amounted to just 1kg of product. However this dust spread across the factory was enough to cause significant concern!

Exeon were asked to provide a solution within a limited budget to control the dust, however there was certainly not a budget for a conventional dust extractor.

Solution

Exeon designed and installed a high capacity bag type filter unit with high burst resistance and maximum dust loading, but with no self cleaning function for minimising cost and space.
